Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have received your written approval of the proposed itinerary and any required deposit. Until then, dates and services remain subject to availability and may change.
Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in Rwandan Francs and may change before a booking is confirmed due to park fees, permits, exchange rates or supplier costs. Payment terms and schedules are set out in your booking outline. Deposits secure permits and accommodation and are often non-refundable because suppliers commit on your behalf.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms depend on the suppliers involved and are communicated with your booking. Permits and certain lodges are strictly non-refundable once issued. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance from the moment you book.
Travel insurance
All travellers are expected to hold travel insurance covering medical care, evacuation, cancellation and personal belongings.
Itinerary changes
We may adjust an itinerary where necessary for safety, weather, road conditions, park rules or circumstances beyond our control. We always aim to deliver an equivalent or better experience.
Responsibility
The 4P Travel Essence Limited arranges services with independent suppliers such as lodges, parks and transport providers. We are not liable for loss arising from the acts or omissions of these suppliers or from events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Rwandan courts.
