Once you approve a journey, a deposit secures your dates and the balance is due before travel or on arrival depending on the booking. We collect in Rwandan Francs by bank transfer or mobile money, with card options where available.

Yes. We secure permits, arrange trek logistics and book accommodation near the trailheads. Permits are limited and sell out well in advance, so the earlier we start the better.

Rwanda is a year-round destination. The dry seasons from June to September and December to February are most popular for trekking and safaris. The green seasons are quieter, cheaper and excellent for photography.

Many nationalities receive a visa on arrival or can apply online through the Rwandan immigration portal. We share the current guidance with every confirmed traveller and can point you to the official process.

Our signature journeys are private by default — your own guide, your own vehicle, your own pace. Group and corporate departures are arranged separately on request.

Family journeys are one of our specialties. We adjust pace, add rest time and choose lodges that welcome children. Some activities such as gorilla trekking have age minimums, which we will flag.
